As much as I hate SUVs....
As Grant observed, he must live an unhappy life expending so much effort constantly b!tching about what others choose. We love our Passport Elite for the year round roles it plays the convertibles and sport touring bike cannot. We've taken two 700 mile+ trips for family events with it in the past month alone. As much as I enjoy the two seaters for daily commuting, they really aren't the best tool for travel!
My three closest neighbors have PUs in their fleet. Why? They all have trailers of some sort to pull - cars, boats, 4-Wheelers. Comrade Cobalt's choice would fail miserably with its limited 1000 lb capacity. Wifey's father drives a Ridgeline as he frequently uses it to haul stuff you can't put in an Accord. At at 78, he also needs a comfortable step in. How dare they demonstrate the temerity to make practical decisions for themselves in the marketplace!
