It's New Hookups only

Just for new construction. A restaurant owner complained for his new restaurant.

As heat pumps and solar cells are the new conservation champions, gas hookups don't make that much sense anymore.

Induction cooking is far superior to a gas range, for the average chef, but it's certainly not as interesting for restaurant chefs that like the tall flames.

Why the courts must be involved in this, I'm clueless though.
