I think the problem, at least for Toyota, is that there is a 2 year wait time on the PHEV version of the Rav4.
There is no point in offering a new vehicle if no one can buy one.
I sat in an Audi Sedan flagship and hated it - seemed claustrophobic. I am 5'11.
I wish the west would offer some of the offerings in the Asian market.
With the chip shortage continuing I might consider buying an import. one of these reviewers did just that and it's the polar opposite of an EV. But with 2-3 year wait times on them you do what you must. Even the Sienna Hybrid is something like 14-18 months - for a MINIVAN - and people hate minivans! I like them. If you ever lose your home you can sleep in the back. And that ain't nothing these days.
