...resisting arrest is a crime. So are arson and looting. You have a warrant out for your arrest ONLY if you are a criminal or valid suspect in a criminal case--as determined/issued by a judge.

If you run, or confront law-enforcement, all bets are off. Sorry. And then we burn and loot because some criminal didn't comply with law-enforcement?

"Because he was black" is NOT a valid defense--not with outstanding warrants or caught in the commission of a crime--Sorry.

NONE of this would have happened if the CRIMINAL WITH AN OUTSTANDING WARRANT had just surrendered.
