And, getting back to the "Russian bounties" report, do you believe that it's true? If you do believe the Times story, then perhaps you could let us know about cui bono, i.e., who benefits from "the Russians" offering bounties to people for something which they were doing anyway? What a conundrum for you! Your beloved NYT vs. NBC! Nevertheless, I do concede that it's not a bad idea to be skeptical of what the representatives from our MIC have to say.
