Up and Down, Back and Forth

I had lunch with a fellow inmate today, speaker rotation came up in our rantings,the question is, how often should you rotate your speakers
(not the cabinet) to negate "Gravity induced sagging?
Also should you "flop" them from right to left.....I suppose a mono system would negate this second question.
