I have no opinion as to whether they would help, or not, in such an application.

Looks like Sue K has a handle on it as she's going to experiment with both compliant and noncompliant footers.

Her picks are a few steps up from my early experiments as I used mouse pads/spongy fingernail buffing bars and lug nuts.

To make it clear I think that you tend to be a poser from time to time.

I on the other hand I may tend to be an ass (from time to time), but I do not make things up, nor do I suffer from situational memory syndrome.

Oh, and you nailed me good on the cones VS footers thing, which implies that you are capable of linear thought after all.
