My sister just returned from yet another retreat/workshop over in Ireland. Not sure what she does over there, but I accompanied her once to a meditation workshop. All we did was hold our breath and chant for an hour - to the tune of $300.

I wish I had met Enid. I've "met" a few spirits but I highly doubt any of them were Enid Lumley :-)
