The easy way to do it is to just use a 12Ω resistor in parallel with the driver, then use an 8Ω L-pad.
Alternately, use a 48Ω resistor in parallel with the driver and then use a 16Ω L-pad. This allows the capacitor to be half the size for the same crossover point.
