Thanks for the reply. I can see that you have excellent wood skill. As for me, I am horrible. So, I am going to flush mount my woofers. If I can do that decently, I will be surprised at myself.

By the way. Are you into full range set up? I have been fooling around with jbl d216s. When I bought them, they came with enclosures. They are very very sweet sounding speakers. No high no low. But Karen Carpenter's of course Ella's as well, voice just shine through.

But now, I am totally into altec. I listened to one of the "altec gurus'" set up. Man it was one of the most realistic and dynamic sounds I have ever heard.

By the way. Are you running SET? Curious.
