Terry Cain passed in his sleep just moments before midnight after being hospitalized for several days due to respiratory complications.
We will look into setting up a memorial fund soon. In the meantime, the family will need a week or so to address immediate needs. Based on counsel from our
attorney, it's appropriate for the benefit to continue. Donors who wish to join in or continue to participate are invited to do so, understanding that if contributions
exceed actual health care-related expenses, they will benefit a memorial fund (with proceeds going to where they are most needed and any remainders going to ALS
research, or another charity of the family's choosing).
