A structure of this size without any reinforcements and stiffeners would probably ring like crazy - just listen to the Avantgardes. You should see the massive amount of siffeners and internal structural reinforcements Dr. Bruce Edgar builds into his horns to get an idea of how horns should be built. IMHO.
