If this were a product of research at LANL [for example], I doubt that the scientists involved would spare ANY cost in the experimentation/proof phase.
They certainly would never accept mediocre input sources. So how does Mr G 's work differ? After all 'Best speaker' is a pretty much comparitive statement, is it not?
