I just bought one!

Set it and instantly had buyers remorse because I thought it was too big for 14 feet viewing distance but that went away after about 10 minutes. This does seem to be the sweet spot price wise for vibrant color and top of the line refresh rates. Stunning picture and color even from the side which seems to be lacking in lower cost TV's. Was also surprised by the smart tv app which is light years ahead of smart apps just a few years ago. Listening to Brad Mehldau while watching Planet Earth right this moment!

While the Samsung supports HDR content which seems to be the 4k choice of Netflix, UHD from Prime looks just as good. The main criticism seems to be that it doesn't have Dolby Vision but I'm not concerned since everything I've thrown at it looks spectacular. Even 1080/720 content looks better because it's upscaled.
