Panasonic VT30 plasma HDMI port says no signal

Posted by dandaroy on October 25, 2015 at 09:42:45:

I have a Panasonic 55VT30 plasma and recently I have to take all the cables off and disconnect from power since my basement was getting renovated. When I put everything back together, I see that the HDMI 1 and 2 ports do not recognize signals from my Blu-ray player and DirectTV satellite box (that's where they were connected before). When I use the HDMI 3 and 4 ports, it receives the signal. I have reset the TV to factory settings and still no difference. I know there is no issue with the source units.

Do you have any idea what could be issue? Is there any setting I am missing or do I need repair? What kind of costs am I looking at?

Thanks!
