Video/Audio Cable Question

I have a DIRECTV satelite hookup. The salesman told me to use RG 6 cable from the dish to the receiver. Wouldn't a cable like Belden 1506 A provide a better digital signal to the satelite receiver??
The cable length is approximately 100 ft.
