No posts from buyers means they are either:
1. Very happy with the player and are spending quality time listening to the music and don't care about posting their opinion
OR
2. They are preparing themselves to sell this player.

Till date I have seen 2 ads about these players. So not sure if 1. or 2. wins :-)
