Dave, if you click "buy " on the Seattle Symph Media page you will find that it is also available for streaming and download from various "partners". The only one that seems to do hi-rez is Primephonic and that, I suspect, may be where you will find the MCH version.
Good luck with Dutilleux. I had enough of him during his centenary last year. Perhaps I am more aligned with his antithesis Messiaen but I really don't like him much either :-)
