Easy Multichannel SACD

Posted by Rpower on July 17, 2012 at 14:08:33:

For those who have not yet tried the multichannel option on your SACD player, you really owe it to yourself to give it a try. Its really one of the major features of Super Audio CD. Try it, you'll like it...

It really doesn't take a lot to see what its all about. Rear channels are not really performance critical like the front channels. Just get a Lepai LP-2020 digital amp from Parts Express or eBay for $25 (an incredible audio amp at any price)or any stereo amp and connect your rear channel analog outputs to it along with a pair of speakers (small ones are just fine). Set your player for multichannel, adjust the front speaker levels first, then the rear volume on the amp. There you have it, true multichannel on a budget. It's killer, you gotta try it!
