Yes, they are very slow in shipping product. They also list many items that they are actually are out of stock. I received a few damaged discs as well, but most were the digipaks and the spindles were broken. However, I still order from them from time to time since it's pretty hard to beat the prices, but prefer to support my local independent shops.
