there can be no comparisons with the CD then. Sony hasn't even stopped to thank the audiophile market for getting this format established. Instead they have come out with increasingly crappy players or recycled hardware in a different case. Hey, SACD will soon be incorporated into the blu-ray spec and it will become just another chip in many players. Is this a bad thing?
