Koss Customer Service

Posted by sisterray on September 10, 2024 at 19:32:45:

I recently bought a pair of Koss ESP-950 electrostatic headphones via eBay. I paid $500 for a complete set. Probably never used. HOWEVER, the foam ear pads had deteriorated very badly. I sent them & a pair of their replacement pads to Koss in Milwaukee for warranty service, along with a money order for $9.00. After about ten days, I got them back. I called to find out what had been done. Everything but the ear cups had been replaced! I even got a new energizer. I ended up getting $5.40 refunded because I had supplied the new pads.

I am very pleased with the phones & the service, needless to say. They sound terrific & weigh practically nothing compared to my STAX. I intend to go into somewhat greater detail in the near future, comparing them to my STAX SR-407 pair.
