STAX Headphones

I recently bought some new STAX headphones and they are definitely exceptional headphones. I owned STAX Lambda Pro headphones many years ago and I've always wanted another pair. Consequently, I decided to splurge.

STAX offers a bundle containing the SR-007mk2 headphones with the SRM-700T driver unit at a 9.9% discount. Separately, the SR-007mk2 headphones cost $2205 and the SRM-700T driver unit costs $3400, but bundled together, they cost just $5050. Anyway, I decided to buy them just for fun and I couldn't be happier. These headphones sound absolutely amazing.

I can't imagine better sounding headphones, but you know how it goes with high-end audio. There's always something better out there! At any rate, there's always something more expensive! :-)
