The Manley headphone amp. Very expensive and everyone raves about it. Bonus: EveAnna's company provides some of the best customer service on the planet.

The Bottlehead Crack amp might work, though it's designed for 200 ohms or higher. If you peruse the forum on their site, you might find mods that make it sing with the 35 ohm load.
