I find the Senn 414 pads too thin on my SR80e, although I use them with great comfort on a set of Senn SC60 usb headset for Skype meetings on the computer.

These Geekria pads are excellent on the SR80e.

I also added their Beyer style snap on padded head band and that made all the difference. It does limit vertical travel but fortunately left the earcups in just the right position for my cranium.
