I agree that the Sennheiser HD600's are the deal of the century. I initially found them dark and muddy when powered by my receiver's headphone jack. I sold them to a friend. I then bought a headphone amp the HD650's. I liked the 650's with the amp but weren't listening to them much, so I sold them for about6 $20 less than I paid.

Then I asked my friend if I could try the 600s I'd sold to him with my amp. They sounded great, so I bought them back for what he'd paid me for them. Then I bought a Burson amp. I love this combo, and I'm sticking with it.
