I love 'em, but ...

This I do know, the combination of the amp & phones exceeded my expectations of what I was going to hear.

The phones are so comfy its like they aren't even there. The sound is very detailed without being at all bright. The bass is deep when it should be and very articulate. Vocals sound very natural. Percussion and horns have great edge and are palpable.

Sorry to speak in such sweeping generalizations, but as I said, I have no basis for comparison. I do know this ...I don't think I'll be upgrading. This is as good as I need headphones to be.
