ReVox's can be repaired. All parts are still available. You can even get a wired remote (custom built) if you desire. Blank tape is still available. J&R Music World sells it. There used to be a place in Iowa that sold bootleg operas and classical music on reel-to-reel.
Don't know if the business is still open. Somewhere I have a phone number for the place...somewhere....
