I personally enjoy his channel a lot..... But I hope he eventually learns to "train his ears"..... He might then realize that the best gear out there might not necessarily be the most expensive...... Not to mention the importance of the source recordings..... (If he eventually learns what Auto-Tune sounds like, his satisfaction will really take off.... ) If the source or recording isn't right, no downstream gear, regardless of price, will be able to fix it.
