Audiogon doesn't care buyer's right

I recently bought a dCS upsampler from Audiogon. Please see the image for the listing of the upsampler.
However, the seller sent me a message and said he included a 110V to 220V converter after he shipped the upsampler and I should not have any problem using the upsampler. I realized the upsampler was 230V and immediately contacted the seller. I told the seller that he should mention it in his listing. I would not buy the upsampler if it was 230V. After I received the upsampler, I found the upsampler didn't have DSD, either. The seller ensured me that I shouldn't have any problem using the upsampler with the converter. Since I had already received the upsampler, I hoped it worked ok. So, I tried to use the upsampler with the converter. The converter caused my P300 to be burned out.
I disputed the transaction with Audiogon first and posted negative feedback for the seller. In the feedback. I wrote.
Dishonest seller. The upsampler is 230V and doesn't have DSD. The seller withheld the info without mentioning any in the list. The converter burned my P300 out.
The seller disputed my negative feedback and Audiogon deleted my feedback for the seller. In the meantime, Audiogon also deleted the seller's feedback for me. Here is what the seller wrote
This is not a decent person, if he bought something from you, be careful before sending him the goods. I do not recommend doing business with him. Go around him.
I wrote to Audiogn and asked why and what is the base for them to delete my feedback. My feedback was factorial without any personal attacks although I am very upset about the transaction. Why Audiogon even needs a feedback system if negative feedbacks are not allowed. If Audiogon had to keep the seller's negative feedback for me in order to look like they were fair in dealing with disputation. It is ok with me. Let's people judge who is right and who is wrong. But Audiogon refused to answer my inquirers. It seems to me that Audiogn doesn't give a damn to the right of average buyers.
I returned the up-sampler to the seller. Today, I found Audiogon deleted all the communications I had with the seller. The seller re-listed the up-sampler on Audiogon again with a false listing.
