My main amp went down & I started a thread inquiring about how & what I should trouble-shoot for, & Jonesy jumped in & got me started. My questions got so numerous & probably inane that I went off line with them. Jonesy patiently persevered, told me what to check, how to check, what I needed to perform the checks, & found the part I needed & where to buy it.

I am happily up & running tonight & I didn't have to spend a ton shipping my amp down to Raleigh or paying CAD to fix it & pay them for their (seemingly marked up) parts.

My hat is off to Jonesy; he is modest, but he knows some shlt.
