Devices using many CR2032s
Posted by makiyang614@gmail.com on June 6, 2017 at 23:12:16:
Hi
I wonder if it's common for a 3V device to use 3 or more CR2032s to achieve greater capacity. For instance, 4x CR2032s (parallel) can help a device achieve thinner profile than a CR123A can. Are there technical limitations in using so many CR2032s to increase capacity by 4x?
The most I've seen is 2x CR2032 in series, used in this.
Any thought appreciated.
It is Panasonic-BSG.
