There will be newbies, who want to know how to get established with reasonable cost.

There will be experienced audiophiles, looking for solid developments in systems they already own (therefore looking for substantial developments from major manufacturers).

There will be SET/DIY types, looking for ultra-fi - and damned be the user experience, so long as the music is transcendent (sometimes me!).

There will be the emergent headphone crowd, wanting micro hifi with some tweak-ability.

There will be your vinyl types (me!) for whom analogue is the 'ne plus ultra' of audio.

There are trends in audio to report on - not just computer audio, but also the 'simpli-fi' crowd, for whom modern/retro consoles make sense. R2R or custom DACs are also a 'thing' for many.

An industry update on the debacle that is MQA would be appreciated (I am not a fan).

And let's not forget the music!
