US Audio Mart is an off shoot of Canuck Audio Mart. It is, and always has been a free service for casual users. There is a fee for dealers and if you post a significant number of ads over a period of time. But for most people it is free.
You will notice that a lot of the ads are from Canada or the US, but there is also a UK Audio Mart, and an Aussie Audio Mart, so you may see ads from there as well.
There are also forums.
FYI - I've had good success on Canuck/US and also on Asylum Trader. I never post on Audiogon.
