It's even sadder that the mainstream audio industry has taken "gimmick technology," marketed it to the masses, and dumbed down the listening experience for just about everyone outside the high-end audio community.....

When I was in high school, most people knew what a good phono cartridge was..... Nowadays, we'd be lucky to find one such individual in an entire high school.
