I can honestly say, If Tom thought the circuit needed a soft start,then it did, he probably saved you a very expensive repair in the future. And if the amp needed some fixing, he did it because it needed it, plus you won't find anybody on the planet who will work for the least amount of money like Tom will. His rates are well below any tech you would have taken it too.Just my 2 cents on his workmanship and ethics.
