The bane of the 21st century

Posted by Teresa on February 25, 2012 at 19:31:32:

... A mobile phone is cheap and extremely convenient. It is hard to fathom why one would choose not to own one.

OK I will enlighten you. I don't own a cell phone either and I refuse to be a phone slave anywhere, at anytime. At home I let my answering machine answer and only talk on the phone when I absolutely have to. I would never under any circumstances carry a phone around with me, that would be pure hell in my book!

Also I have switched back to a corded phone at home due to radiation from the base of cordless phones. But that is nothing compared to the health hazards of cell phones.

I cannot believe people carry those cell phones around with them and then on top of it pay a high monthly fee. It is just not logical to me!
