Anybody shut off all low level equipment regularly?

Many of us keep our low level components on 24/7 in order to keep them at their optimum operating temperature and slow down component deterioration over time. Does anybody here ever shut off or on occaision reset your low level components? Please say whether or not you do and why and after a day or so I'll share my recent experiences.
