How sad.

It's unfortunate you can't enjoy SACDs, as I find them so engaging for classical music. Actually, Telarcs are not my first choice, but many of them and other labels on my system are extremely compelling and satisfying when compared to what is for me the absolute standard, live music. I started buying classical vinyl around 1960 for my first system, an AR- Dynaco one, and my present system is vastly better. I find on it that SACDs can draw me in and allow to me to listen to the music rather than to the sound in as satisfying a way as anything I have heard for 45 years. I consider many of the recordings that I have on vinyl to be treasures of great personal value, but I find myself listening to SACDs with equal pleasure in many cases. Each to his or her own.
