ARC is not the culprit

Considering the quality, limited production and resale value, best ARC is tough to beat. They traditionally have had lower cost models that are affordable to the serious music lover. I don't see any rip-offs in their line.
Good cables are important, but premium wire, dielectrics, shielding, connectors, mechanical integrity, assembly and packaging does not cost thousands and so many cables are a rip-off. I also highly doubt that power cables make any difference, unless you are comparing it to a totally crap cable of which there are not many.
And $30 for a fuse? I read here where one guy said it made a huge difference in sound quality. Obviously he has no idea exactly what a fuse is or what it does. I envy his imagination.
Try to market rip-off products and eventually you will sink like a stone.
