I am temporarily hanging onto my dial up until i am positive that i want to keep the cable modem. While i've had it for two weeks now, i have had several problems with it. When it is running "right", man, it SMOKES !!! When it is "goofing up", it is slower than my dial up. I think that we've finally got it dialed in now, as it hasn't done anything goofy for over 24 hours : ) Sean
