What source gear are you using? I've borrowed another 8008st from a friend, and the two are powering my Apogees right now. Maybe it's the Apogees, but with my front end gear, the music being reproduced is incredible. I'm tossed between the Aragon and the Counterpoint for the mid/high panels. The Counterpoint is a little warmer, but not quite as crisp. I'm going to try an Ayre V-5 for the mid/high panals next. I'm told they are close to the middle between the other two.
