I'll be assembling the ingredients, some of which I already have from my previous attempt. It's much more involved than using a jar of simmer sauce, but the description of procedure--and your recommendation--makes it sound like the results I'm after, though I won't be expecting to say "nailed it" my first try. Thanks!
