Any information on "Dancer in the Dark"?

Apparently this movie directed by Lars von Trier was one of the best at the Cannes 2000 - at least according to a Russian reviewer.
Anyone seen it?
Is it coming to US and if yes, then when?
Also, in general, is there a simple way of finding out which movie is going to be released here and when? A particular web site? Please don't say it is the Academy page, I will not go there.
