'Cosmos': 3 blokes in a Volvo . . .

Posted by Billy Wonka on October 13, 2021 at 16:23:33:

jammed with astronomical gear search the sky, get on each others' nerves, and renew friendships before Speilberg breathed on the ending.

I never thought, in a million years, that a film would be made about low-key guys fiddling with knobs, dials, switches, and levers while talking about the universe. It's like a movie made about audiophiles playing with their gear. It covered the gamut of emotions then morphed into a tenseness that pressure all to act for the common good.

It gets a bit tiring but it grows more compelling as it rolls on.

I liked it very much. That and a buck will get you one cigarette.
