You can just watch an endless run of youtube videos of bad cops - mostly in the US - who arrest people for no good reason - usually black. The one throwing an elderly blind man to the ground or shooting them in the back or breaking their arms. While not exactly what you're looking for - it's been covered in films like Hurricane and television episodes like the Practice and Boston Legal based on true events. But when jurors and judges and prosecutors have confederate flags on their walls at home - if you are black and sent before them - that DNA evidence that proves you were not there won't help you.
