I checked the Elekit site in Japan in order to find out about availability for the US market and here is the reply that I got from them:

Dear customer,

Thank you for your inquiry for our product TU-H80.

We are sorry but we do not have plans for sales in overseas
at the moment .

Yes, you could buy it from us directly. However we do not have them
in stock right now. Also next production schedule is not decided yet.
