coupling cap minimum voltage on the TU-882

Can someone tell me the min safe voltage on the input and second stage coupling caps. I have the schematic and could use the assembly instructions and parts list if someone is willing. I purchased a preowned unit. Can I assume that all resistors are 1/8th watt unless specified?? Thanks, Tweaker
