This is a question that we'd all like answered. The problem is that unless you put each DAC into the same circuit and test each you will never know. I've taken what seemed to be poor DAC's and after some work made them sound great! But I did have to treat it right. What would happen with a good DAC? If you get a good answer please let me know, bobwire
