RE: Denon DVD-3930ci Factory Default Reset

Posted by soulbrass on June 24, 2017 at 05:11:15:

If a reset doesn't work, and you're feeling adventurous, you can purchase a new laser for your 3930ci on eBay for ~$20-$25 USD. There are some how-to videos on Youtube that can give you a pretty good idea of what to expect when you pop the lid and there are some discussions on various forums involving some who have done the job. I don't think any special tools are required.

The 3930ci is a nice machine... it may be repairable for a lot less than the expense of a new unit.

Let us know what happens...good luck!
